ARCH3 Master planning services involve the planning and design of your development at the urban scale. This type of planning focuses on the greater vision and overall layout of your project taking into consideration land use, council zoning, infrastructure, transportation, open space, sustainability, community engagement and project phasing. Feasibility Studies
ARCH3 feasibility services involve the preliminary assessment of your project before it moves into the detailed design and construction phases. This assessment considers site analysis, legal and regulatory compliance, market analysis, financial feasibility, risk assessment, programming, space planning, sustainability, and timeline considerations. Feasibility studies provide valuable insights into the potential success of a project allowing you to make informed decisions early in the development process.

Concept Design
ARCH3 concept design services involve the initial phase of the design process where we work together to develop conceptual ideas based on your project brief. This process involves preliminary site & floor plans, massing/elevation exploration and early 3D development.

Design Development
After obtaining approval for the concept design, ARCH3 will proceed to further develop the proposed design based on your feedback and begin to initiate external consultants as required. This phase involves refining specific elements of the design to provide a more detailed explanation of the intent, with a focus on color and material selections, as well as highlighting specific architectural features.

Town Planning Permits
If your project requires a town planning permit ARCH3 will complete town planning documentation and guide you through the council application process. The lodgement and management of the application will be handled by either ARCH3 or the engaged planning consultant. Typical town planning management services include pre-application meetings, initial application submission, responding to RFI requests, advertising requirements, and finalising plans/consultant documentation for Permit issue.
