Specification Packages
ARCH3 specification package services include preparing detailed schedules and documents that outline the finishes and colours of your project that will assist the builder with quotations and building surveyor with issuing the building permit.
Building Permit Coordination
ARCH3 will manage the building permit process which includes assigning the building surveyor, initiating the building permit application, attending to RFI requests, and coordinating all relevant forms and documents required for the issue of the building permit. Upon completion of this stage and once you have selected a builder your project is ready for construction.
